SMS Messaging Program

By providing your phone number and opting in through [our website form / intake form / scheduling tool, you agree to receive text messages (SMS/MMS) from Elkus & Sisson, P.C. related to:

Appointment confirmations, reminders, and rescheduling notices
Case or matter status updates and follow-up communications
Responses to questions you submit to us by text

These messages are informational/transactional in nature and are not marketing or promotional messages.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. By opting in, you confirm that:

You are the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number provided.
You authorize Elkus & Sisson P.C. to send you text messages at the mobile number provided, including by automated means, for the purposes described above.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on your interactions with us (e.g., number of scheduled appointments or open matters). You may receive a variable number of messages depending on activity, most likely less than 3 messages per week.

Message and data rates may apply. Charges may be assessed by your mobile carrier depending on your plan. Elkus & Sisson, P.C. is not responsible for any carrier fees or charges incurred.

Carrier Disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include, but are not limited to, AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others. Carrier coverage and availability may vary.

How to Opt Out

You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, or CANCEL to any message you receive from us. After you opt out, we will send one final confirmation message, and you will no longer receive texts from this program unless you opt back in. If you have multiple communication preferences on file, you may need to update those separately (e.g., email).

We will honor opt-out requests made through any other reasonable means (for example, by phone or email) even if you do not use the STOP keyword and will process such requests within a reasonable time as required by law.
